🌿 My Journey to The Crown Lounge
Three years ago, I began a deep personal journey into holistic healing — exploring craniosacral therapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic work, and integrative health practices. What started as a search to heal my own body and spirit became a complete transformation of how I live, think, and create.
After 22 years behind the chair, I realized hairstyling was never just about beauty on the outside. My true calling has always been healing — helping women release what’s heavy, believe in themselves, and see beauty beyond the toxic ideals that the fashion and beauty industries have imposed for decades.
Holistic beauty, to me, is the loving beauty of the feminine — the essence of Mary Magdalene energy — a sacred, radiant reflection of self-love and divine connection through the Holy Spirit and through our own acceptance.
As I’ve grown as a holistic practitioner — studying craniosacral therapy, Reiki, energy work, lymphatic drainage, and now launching The Crown Lounge — my purpose has become clear: to teach and guide others toward balance and restoration from the inside out.
So many women today are navigating perimenopause, menopause, thyroid issues, and hormone imbalance — often without realizing how much these are connected to the plastics, toxins, and chemicals we’re exposed to daily. Holistic wellness helps us come back to the natural rhythm our ancestors trusted — using herbs, teas, tinctures, supplements, and slow, sustainable healing rituals to support the body’s own wisdom.
Holistic beauty isn’t a quick fix.
It’s slow and intentional. It’s about removing what no longer serves — in our bodies, our homes, and our minds — and inviting in practices that nourish, restore, and reconnect us.
Hair growth and true radiance begin from within: when we calm the nervous system, balance hormones, and care for our emotional and physical health. The Crown Lounge is a space for that — a place to de-stress, detox, and renew.
I didn’t choose this career because I always dreamed of doing hair — I stumbled into it at 18, unsure of what my path would be. But looking back, I see that God had a plan. He led me here to serve others through my gifts — artistry, touch, compassion, and faith.
